Your Reset Ritual

A 5-step guide to calm your mind, soothe your spirit, and restore your rhythm.

1. Brew With Intention
Start by brewing your favorite tea. Let each step—boiling water, steeping leaves, pouring slowly—be its own moment.

2. Scent Your Space
Light a candle. Spritz an aura spray. Dab a bit of parfum onto your wrists. Choose something that makes you feel present and protected. 

3. Put Pen to Paper
Jot down 3 things you're releasing—habits, thoughts, or fears that feel heavy. Then write down 3 things you’re inviting in. Think: ease, joy, softness, clarity. Let your journal be a mirror, not a performance.

4. Breathe. Sip. Be.
No multitasking. Just be with your breath and your cup. If a thought comes, notice it and let it pass. You don’t need to solve anything—you’re just remembering what it feels like to be here.

5. Choose One Small Act of Care
Take a long shower with your favorite body oil. Go for a walk. Call a friend. Stretch. Nourishment doesn’t have to be dramatic—it just needs to be yours.
